This full-time, onsite contract position is seeking two highly qualified SLPs to cover leaves of absence beginning in mid-October and mid-November. Final assignment details, school distribution, and end dates are to be determined, but each opportunity promises collaboration and meaningful contributions to K-12 students’ growth and development.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• An active and unrestricted California SLP license
• Previous experience in school settings, with proficiency in delivering SLP services to diverse age groups (elementary through high school)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• The ability to manage varying caseloads and adapt to changing assignments
• A collaborative spirit, working well with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
• Providing direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Maintaining detailed student records and progress documentation according to regulatory and district standards
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, IEP teams, and families
• Supporting students’ participation, access, and achievement in their educational setting
