Production Technician - EncapsulationCalibre Manufacturing LLC – Marietta, GAPay: $18–$20 per hour DOESchedule: Full-time, Monday to FridayAbout the RoleCalibre Manufacturing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician – Encapsulation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll operate encapsulation machinery to support the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality products in a GMP-compliant facility.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate encapsulation machines according to SOPsMonitor and maintain machine performance for optimal efficiencyAccurately weigh, package, and label finished productsComplete required production documentation with attention to detailConduct quality control checks throughout the processWash, rinse, and sanitize machine bases after production cyclesAdhere to safety and cleanliness standards in all tasksCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsPerform minor machine troubleshooting and tuningSupport other production-related duties as neededQualificationsPrior experience operating manufacturing equipment preferredStrong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeBasic knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., hand scales)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWillingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentTraining in cGMP or production procedures is a plusWhy Join Us?At Calibre Manufacturing, we value safety, precision, and teamwork.
