Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to quickly adapt and provide high-quality services within a short-term placement

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students on an elementary caseload
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams and families
• Engage students using evidence-based intervention techniques tailored to diverse learning needs
• Conduct ongoing progress monitoring, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to support student learning and communication goals
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive educational atmosphere during the leave coverage
