Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, information technology teams, technical product owners, architects, developers, quality assurance teams, data teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Partner with business customers to understand strategic goals, operational needs, pain points, business rules, and desired outcomes, and translate those needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Lead requirements discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, story-mapping sessions, backlog refinement, sprint planning support, product demonstrations, and acceptance activities.
- Develop and maintain product visions, roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, decision tables, business rules, functional requirements, nonfunctional requirements, and traceability artifacts.
- Own, prioritize, refine, and maintain the product backlog based on customer value, strategic objectives, delivery risk, regulatory obligations, technical dependencies, team capacity, and release sequencing.
- Collaborate with technical product owners and engineering teams to interpret technical documentation, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, APIs, data models, system constraints, technical debt, and implementation tradeoffs.
- Define measurable product outcomes, key performance indicators, acceptance measures, release goals, and success criteria, and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support user acceptance testing by developing business scenarios, validating coverage, coordinating business participants, supporting issue triage, and confirming that delivered functionality satisfies approved acceptance criteria.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve the speed and quality of requirements development, technical-document analysis, user-story refinement, backlog planning, dependency analysis, meeting synthesis, and stakeholder communications.
- Review and validate all AI-assisted output for accuracy, completeness, traceability, confidentiality, bias, intellectual-property concerns, and alignment with source documentation before incorporating it into project work products.
- Maintain product documentation, decision logs, change history, requirements traceability, backlog health metrics, release notes, risk and dependency logs, and executive-ready communications.
- Perform other reasonable product delivery, business analysis, planning, documentation, and stakeholder support services necessary for assigned projects.
