We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant - Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Technical Consultant – Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Consultant with experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, along with the ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand client requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions. Experience in Agile delivery and client-facing consulting engagements is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, business analysts, architects, and project teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and web applications.
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical workshops.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Support deployment, release management, and production support activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and implementation guides.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Strong SQL and database design skills.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software design patterns, and application security best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Exposure to messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of security frameworks including OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Capital Markets domains.
