Alldus International is currently recruiting for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a major federal programme in Washington, DC.

This is an excellent opportunity for a ServiceNow professional with an active Top Secret clearance to work within a secure government environment, delivering and enhancing solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Build workflows, integrations, custom applications, and platform functionality
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand business requirements
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing development and technical support
• Support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployments
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and integrations
• Experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or Custom Applications is beneficial
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CAD are highly desirable
• Previous experience supporting Federal/Government environments is advantageous
• Active Top Secret clearance – essential
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Able to work on a hybrid basis in Washington, DC
