Our summer student internship is a 10 to 14 week program that starts in mid May and ends in August. During your internship, you'll work on impactful projects that make a difference at our company, with our customers, and in our communities. You'll also gain exposure to different areas of our business and have numerous opportunities for networking and coaching. Interns may be eligible for a one-time hiring bonus to assist with housing costs depending upon proximity to our company office location. Compensation Minimum: $25.00 Compensation Maximum: $39.00 As an Entrepreneurship & Business Development Intern with American Family Insurance, you'll work alongside storefront leaders and gain firsthand experience in the fundamentals behind a successful local business, including customer acquisition, marketing, relationship building, community engagement and business operations.**Responsibilities*** Develop an understanding of our business, corporate culture and structure to support your work.* Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations.* Learn How Businesses Grow* Build Real Marketing Experience* Develop Your Sales & Communication Skills* Experience Business Operations* Learn Directly From Business Leaders* Put Your Ideas to Work**Requirements*** Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship, graduating August 2027 or later.* Must be pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD.* Major/program must align with internship role.* Business Development* Sales & Relationship Building* Marketing* Leadership* Business Analytics* Entrepreneurial Perspective**Additional Job Description**Due to the nature of this role, we are unable to consider candidates who may require visa sponsorship.Work Location:This role may be considered for a Full-Time in Office or Hybrid work arrangement based on the selected candidate's location.
