Job Location: Irving, TX or Tampa, FL or Edison, NJ (Onsite)

Job Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience.
• Ab Initio Mastery: Proven experience with GDE, EME, Graphs, Meta-programming and Control Center.
• Database Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle, Teradata, or Snowflake preferred).
• Unix/Linux: Solid experience in Shell Scripting (Korn, Bash) for process automation.
• Data Warehousing: Deep understanding of ETL patterns, data modeling, and Big Data concepts.
• Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex data flows and optimize throughput.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL processes using Ab Initio (GDE, Co-Operating System).
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Automate data workflows and system tasks using Unix/Linux Shell Scripting.
• Perform performance tuning of Ab Initio graphs and SQL queries to handle large datasets.
• Collaborate with data architects to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
