About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (07:30 - 18:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in GI/endoscopy nursing, pre/post-operative experience accepted License: Current CA RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - BSN - Previous GI/endoscopy experience Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Endoscopy. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in GI/endoscopy nursing or pre/post-operative nursing. The position requires a current California RN license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in various endoscopy procedures and techniques. The shift is 4 days a week from 07:30 to 18:00, with no weekend or on-call requirements. Charting is done using Epic. This role may involve both inpatient and outpatient endoscopic procedures. Candidates must be equipped with skills in administering conscious sedation and managing dysrhythmias.
