Registered Nurse - Infusion

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for infusion and chemotherapy services within a clinical setting. This role involves providing specialized patient care, supporting program growth, and ensuring compliance with all certification and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Administer infusion and chemotherapeutic treatments to patients following established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient responses, promptly addressing any adverse reactions or complications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, medications, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all certification, licensure, and safety standards, including BLS, ACLS, and ONCC/ONS certifications.
• Complete required training modules during orientation and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA RN license with Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications, with AHA or ARC credentials.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience, preferably in infusion or oncology departments.
• Demonstrate excellent patient care skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Be compliant with travel and local credentialing requirements, including work history verification.
