Your Day-to-Day as a Parts Advisor:
- Assist mechanics and customers with selecting and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles.
- Manage incoming and outgoing parts inventory for the dealership.
- Source the best pricing for parts using phone and internet tools.
- Organize and display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner.
- Maintain accurate records, including customer backorders, price books, and repair orders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous parts counter or dealership experience is preferred (but not required).
- A friendly, people-oriented personality with a focus on customer service.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to manage files and inventory systems.
- A team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus!
