Fulfillment Associate - 2nd shift

Oats Overnight is on a mission to build a generational CPG brand. The Fulfillment Specialist receives orders and fulfills them quickly and efficiently with a focus on accuracy, quality, and speed. This role is responsible for preparing, picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as maintaining a clean and safe fulfillment environment. What You’ll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part Picking, packing, and auditing customized orders for individual customers Handling finished goods and preparing fulfillment materials (boxes, accessories, shipping supplies) Putting incoming stock away, taking inventory, and reporting shortages Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders, and signing pick tickets to confirm Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to the shipping bins Ensuring that all areas of the Fulfillment Center are well maintained, orderly, and free of debris Ability to meet or exceed standards in picking, packing, and material handling while achieving accuracy standards set forth by management Communicate and understand instructions related to general fulfillment practices Support a continuous improvement mindset and identify opportunities to improve processes Ensure compliance with food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Good Distribution Practices Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Other duties as assigned What You’ve Done And Who You Are High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent 1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse range of people Proficient with using tools required for this position Physically agile and dexterous with strong organizational skills Ability to partner and influence at all levels Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment A relentless drive to get things done Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking Why You Might Like Working Here This is going to be fun.
