We have an immediate need for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to perform inspections and ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  

Responsibilities: 

• Perform inspections using Work Instruction for component or product
• Report daily inspections and findings and learn and follow AQ
• Use basic measurement equipment
• Perform fire testing on various heater products that can weigh up to 50 pounds
• Assure non-conformances are isolated and maintain requirements against outside influence
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have previous Quality Technician experience
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred
• Must be able to work independently and carry out testing or inspection requirement according to requirements
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprint 
• Must have the ability to use necessary measurement or testing equipment
• Must have strong problem-solving skills while being detail-oriented
• Must be able to work safely and abide by all company standards, policies, and procedures
• Must be comfortable using propane, kerosene, natural gas, or high voltage in the process for testing heaters
