Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.We successfully opened our flagship Institute in New York in 2022, expanded to South Florida in 2024, and will be bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.Job DetailsPerforms screening mammography exams by positioning breasts; adjusting compression mechanisms; instructing patient to hold breath; adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors; activating equipment to acquire image; releasing compression mechanisms; preparing for next positioning and view while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the processObtaining and reviewing medical histories, discussing concerns, and answering any questions related to the procedureAnalyzing images to assess quality, identifying any abnormalities, and making necessary adjustments for optimal imagingCollaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate interpretations and deliver thorough reportsPractices ALARA, applies principles of radiation protection, when appropriate to minimize exposure to patient, self and others.Maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines and healthcare standardsPerforms daily quality control on mammography equipment, maintains QC logs and troubleshooting of mammography equipment issues, promptly reporting any malfunctions to field service engineer and Radiology DirectorEnsures the cleanliness and safety of the procedure room and equipment, following infection control protocolsContinuously expanding knowledge and staying up-to-date with advancements in mammography techniques and equipmentPerforms other technical duties as assignedCompensation: $70-80/hr
