Role Description Senior Associate Attorney

As a Senior Associate Attorney at Beal Law Firm, you will:

• Independently manage complex Texas family law cases from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and settlement
• Represent clients with integrity, compassion, and skill
• Develop, attract, and retain high-quality clients (existing book strongly preferred)
• Work closely with experienced paralegals and support staff
• Set your own work style and schedule within our results-focused model

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
• Significant experience in Texas family law (divorce, custody, property division, support)
• Proven ability to handle depositions, hearings, and trials
• Strong client development and relationship-building skills
• Portable book of business preferred
• Impeccable ethics, intelligence, professionalism, and judgment
• Demonstrated history of reliability, consistency, and high-quality work
