To support a growing legal team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Senior Trial Attorney will manage moderately complex civil litigation, advocate for clients in various legal settings, and collaborate with colleagues in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage civil litigation cases, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and established guidelines Lead discovery processes, draft legal documents, and represent clients in trials and mediations Analyze cases and develop strategies for optimal outcomes, including pursuing settlements Required qualifications Juris Doctor degree Admitted to the Ohio State Bar Demonstrated litigation experience, including preparing civil pleadings and conducting depositions Solid knowledge of tort, contract, and insurance law Understanding of the rules of Professional Responsibility for the jurisdiction in which they practice
