100% Onsite
Full-Time - contract with the potential to go permanent

What You'll Do

Manage purchasing activities and review MRP requirements
Create and maintain purchase orders within SAP
Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and supplier agreements
Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Monitor inventory levels and develop stocking strategies
Identify and resolve material shortages before they impact production
Support new product launches by reviewing engineering drawings and specifications
Partner with Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and lead-time data in SAP
Participate in supplier performance reviews and scorecards
Drive cost savings and reduce supply chain risks

What We're Looking For

5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or buying experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred)
Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements
Knowledge of inventory management and procurement best practices
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
