The BCBA at LIFE SKILLS TREATMENT PROGRAM supports adults with developmental disabilities by creating and overseeing behavior support plans, training staff, and ensuring progress is measured through goals and daily logs. This role helps maintain community activities while adding focused behavioral support.
Reporting to the Program Director, you will complete assessments, write measurable goals, train staff, coordinate with families and homes, and ensure consistency across settings across daily
