- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred
- PE license or ability to obtain licensure immediately
- 4–10 years of building structural engineering experience
- Strong structural steel and concrete design experience; wood, masonry, and post-tensioned concrete are a plus
- Proficiency with structural analysis/design software; Bentley RAM experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination
