We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Admin who knows their way around QuickBooks and can help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a part-time position to start , with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right person. We offer flexibility and appreciate someone who can take initiative and stay on top of things.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing QuickBooks (invoicing, tracking, and basic bookkeeping)
• Collecting payments and keeping accounts current
• Processing payroll accurately and on time
• Managing emails and maintaining clear communication
• Assisting with general office tasks as needed

What we're looking for:

• Experience with QuickBooks (required)
• Payroll and basic accounting knowledge
• Strong communication skills, especially via email
• Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
• Able to multitask and work independently
