Automotive Sales Consultant Accelerate Your Career at Route 22 Honda. Join a high-volume highway dealership where your drive and people skills turn into real opportunity. Build lasting customer relationships, close deals, and grow your career. Bring the hustle. We’ll bring the training. Responsibilities Connect with customers and help them find the right vehicle. Showcase vehicle features and lead test drives. Manage leads and follow up to turn opportunities into sales. Partner with our sales team to close deals, complete paperwork, and coordinate delivery. Stay current on inventory and complete required training. Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time, ready to support customers and the team. Job Requirement: Compensation: Commission-based salary, with top performers earning $130,000+ annual. 40-hour work week. Paid vacation and time off.
