Job Description
Construction materials Group is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a Flatbed truck with a capacity of less than 26000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). The position requires driving a flatbed as well as Stocking, Cleaning, and Maintaining a Construction Accessories warehouse, Monday through Friday. No Weekends!
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a flatbed dump and/or stake body truck
- Load and unload cargo, assisting customers in product placement
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Properly track and document activity log
- Report any issues or incidents to local manager
- Inspect truck before and after trip
- Load/unload incoming freight and store customers
- Stock warehouse shelves with incoming freight
- Maintain clean and safe warehouse
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to handle physical workload lifting to 94#
- Strong work ethic with the ability to be productive without supervision
- Pre-employment drug test required
