Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

MLee Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our esteemed medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesia care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient outcomes. You will work alongside a team of talented anesthesiologists, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective anesthesia services to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Provide post-anesthesia care and support during recovery.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Stay current with advancements in anesthesia practices and technology.

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Active Illinois RN license.
DEA License.
Experience in anesthesia care preferred .
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
