Responsibilities The Float Pool Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of an assigned outpatient nursing float pool. This role is responsible for staff supervision, scheduling, training, performance management, and maintaining clinical competencies. The supervisor collaborates closely with clinic leadership, providers, and safety teams to ensure excellent patient care delivery and operational effectiveness. Leadership & Staff Management Interview, hire, train, onboard, and mentor nursing staff. Assign and schedule work to ensure appropriate staffing coverage. Manage payroll, attendance, and time-off requests. Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development. Address performance concerns and collaborate with leadership on corrective actions when necessary. Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current CPR/BLS certification.
