Director of Special Projects

Leading ambulatory capital projects for the NC/GA division, the full-time Director of Special Projects will act as a liaison between Business Development, RES, Finance, and MG leadership, while managing financial operations, capacity planning, and compliance for the department in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Directs and coordinates ambulatory capital projects and clinical replacement initiatives Manages financial operations, including budget development and forecasting Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and oversees training and education programs for staff Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare preferred Experience directing high-level clinical, financial, and regulatory managers Strong background in assessing, planning, and coordinating departmental functions Proven ability to develop and implement processes and procedures for compliance Experience in managing budgets and financial operations in a healthcare setting
