We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers. We are currently looking for a dedicated receiving supervisor to join our team! Come help us distribute fun across the United States! Hours of business: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week). This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed. Job Type: Full-time 401(k) matching Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance The Receiving Supervisor plays a crucial role in verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures while managing a team. This includes unloading inspecting items for damage and organizing stock in the warehouse. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Essential Functions for the Receiving Supervisor include but not limited to: Supervise and provide direction to a team of receiving personnel, including performance evaluation, training, and workload distribution. Oversee the entire receiving process, from unloading delivery trucks, inspect all incoming merchandise for damage or discrepancies, and sign for delivered products. Ensure all receiving transactions are accurately recorded and filed, and that all paperwork is correctly processed for reconciliation and payment. Liaise with other departments (such as purchasing, production, and shipping) to ensure efficient and timely flow of goods. Develop and implement strategies to optimize receiving processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; required Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field; a plus Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, receiving, or logistics role Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role The ability to stand for long periods and lift and move heavy objects, often up to 50 lbs as needed. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and other relevant technology. Strong attention to detail, verbal and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
