Logistics Coordinator

This role is part of Weyerhaeuser’s Supply Chain organization and supports the transportation of Wood Products inventory. Based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and reporting to the Director of Logistics, the Logistics Coordinator partners with production, sales, and transportation providers to ensure reliable, timely shipment execution that meets customer and operational standards.

In this role, you will build strong relationships across customer service, manufacturing, sales, and supplier teams while coordinating daily transportation activities and resolving shipment issues. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to improve processes to drive efficiency and service performance. Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe work environment; executing transportation activities that optimize cost, service, and efficiency

• Manage end-to-end shipment execution, including carrier coordination, scheduling, and issue resolution

• Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Build strong relationships and collaborate across customer service, mills, carriers, and vendors

• Collaborate effectively as a team member to support shared goals and drive operational performance

• Leverage systems and data to solve problems, maintain performance, and deliver on key metrics and take ownership of results
