This targeted, short-term consulting engagement is focused entirely on executing cleanups for commercial retail budgets and deep Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations. - Oversee full-cycle operational budgets and comprehensive Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations for retail portfolios.
- Audit and interpret tenant financial parameters across complex Triple Net (NNN), gross, and modified gross lease structures.
- Extract property-level accounting data from Yardi to construct sophisticated, clean working reconciliation models in Microsoft Excel.
- Deliver independent financial cleanup support while coordinating reporting milestones directly with the designated Senior Accountant.
- Seniority: Senior Accountant or Manager-level accounting profile capable of working completely independently.
- Domain Expertise: Verified expertise in commercial retail budgets and CAM reconciliations.
- Software Fluency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (the primary tool where the actual reconciliation work is performed).
