The right candidate will need to be PASSIONATE about delivering an exceptional delivery experience to customers, have a great work ethic, reliable, work fast, and always be on time. Requirements Proof of Identity and Authorization to work in the United States USDOT Medical Card Required prior to start of employment Must Provide 3 Years of Previous Employment Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to speak English Must submit to: MVR for the past 5 years Criminal Background Screen for Past 7 Years (National & Local) 9 Panel Drug Screen Ability to Operate Scanning Device Previous Box Truck Delivery Experience a Plus About the Position Delivery of Specialty Meats to Local Restaurants in the Oxford, NC Area 16' Reefer Box Truck (may go up to 24' on some days) USDOT Medical Card Required prior to start of employment Package Delivery (up to 50lbs) Employee Based Position Compensation Work Week: Must be able to work Monday - Friday (During times of the year, Saturday's may be required) Average Shift: 8 -10 hours, but can vary based upon Customer needs Fixed Schedule Starting Pay Rate: $21.63 Overtime Paid: Over 40 Hours Per Week* Paid Orientation Training Benefits Paid Rest Breaks Medical + Vision (through Medical Program) + Dental (Discounted Program) Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Available Direct Deposit ©Fusion Logistics, Inc. 2016.
