• Dedicated therapy gyms located directly on the neuro and ortho floors
• 12-week stepped orientation: Start on general med/surg floors before ramping up to higher acuity units

• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 25 days starting your first year
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Weekend requirement: 1 shift per month

About the Physical Therapist Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passion for patient-centered care and neuro/stroke populations
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary communication skills
• Servant leader mindset
