Who We're Looking For :
You don't need car sales experience. Some of our best Customer Specialists came from restaurants, retail, hospitality, and other service roles - places where building real connections with people is the job. If you love conversations, take pride in the experience you create, and want a career with a real future, we will teach you everything else.

The Opportunity :
• Base salary : $40,000
• First-year average : $60,000-$70,000
• Beyond year one : Uncapped - top performers earn well above $100K
• Paid training : Three and a half weeks, fully paid, before you hit the floor
• Growth : We promote from within - the path forward is real and well-worn

What You'll Do
• Build genuine rapport and guide customers through the full sales process
• Conduct test drives and educate customers on vehicle features and financing options
• Use Walser's CRM tools to track interactions and follow up after purchase
