About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for People Operations and Experience to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its global people operating model. This leadership position is not confined to traditional HR operations; instead, it demands a visionary who can integrate strong people operations experience with a deep understanding of talent management, leadership development, and technology-enabled transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading a scalable people operations and experience roadmap that aligns with the business strategy, global growth, and the dynamic needs of the workforce. Key responsibilities include establishing clear operating models, service standards, and success metrics, as well as championing a technology-forward approach that encompasses AI-enabled workflows, people analytics, and data governance. Applicants for this role at the company should have a significant background in people/HR leadership, with a focus on talent management, learning and development, and a proven track record in HR technology and digital transformation.
