- Type: Full-time, Regular, 1,850 - 2000 hours annual
- Compensation: $260,000 – $390,000 annually (DOE)

We’re seeking a midlevel Technology Transactions & Privacy associate to join a cutting-edge practice advising on complex tech deals, IP issues, and emerging technologies—including AI and blockchain—for startups, high-growth companies, and established enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate licensing, technology, and commercial agreements.
- Advise on IP ownership, licensing structures, and related risk allocation.
- Support M&A and financing transactions on technology and IP-related aspects.
- Work on transactions involving AI, blockchain, and other emerging technologies .
- Counsel startups and emerging companies on development, manufacturing, and product launch issues.
You will likely develop or already have subject-matter focus in one or more of:
- Enterprise software and cloud services
- Outsourcing and managed services
- Artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Blockchain, fintech, and payment systems
- Mobile apps, e-commerce, games, and interactive entertainment
- Digital content and hardware
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technology transactions, licensing, commercial/IP work, and/or privacy-related matters.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex tech and licensing agreements.
- Background supporting M&A or financings on tech/IP issues.
- Experience with AI, blockchain, or other emerging technologies is strongly preferred.
- Experience at an AmLaw 50 firm (required) and excellent academic credentials .
