Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as home health / home care RNs. Positions are available as Full‑Time, Part‑Time, or Contingent. Each role requires a quick learner, team player, and commitment to quality patient care. Compensation Full‑Time Home Health RN: $60.00 – $100.20 per visit (≈$93,600/year with full‑time points). Part‑Time Home Health RN: $60.00 – $100.20 per visit (≈$56,160/year with part‑time points). Contingent Home Health RN – Weekday Visit: $60.00 – $100.00 per visit; Weekend Visit: $65.00 – $105.00 per visit. Additional reimbursement: lab drop‑off $15.00 per drop‑off, discharge without visit $5.00–$10.00 per non‑visit discharge, transfer without visit $10.00, orientation period and in‑services $30.00 per hour, weekend on‑call $100.00 per day or $200.00 for a regular two‑day weekend, mileage reimbursement $0.50 per mile after 30 miles per day round‑trip. Responsibilities Provide care to patients in the community to help them regain independence. Conduct initial assessment and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Observe signs and symptoms and report changes to physician or appropriate health professional. Teach, supervise, and counsel patients and families regarding home nursing procedures and other care needs. Exhibit critical thinking and apply it for continuous improvement of services and the agency. Qualifications Active Michigan RN license. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and personal auto insurance. Home health care experience preferred. Availability for home visits, office meetings, and required in‑service programs.
