In this role, you will play a key part in helping patients receive timely access to medications while coordinating important intake and prior authorization activities behind the scenes.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, communicating with patients and healthcare providers, and managing details with accuracy and care in a hybrid work environment.What You'll DoCoordinate medication deliveries with patients and healthcare facilitiesContact physician offices to secure prior authorizations within designated timeframesProcess prescription orders received from referral sources by phone and faxMaintain accurate patient information within Hub Program databases and spreadsheetsCommunicate professionally and compassionately with patients, providers, and referral partnersEnsure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety guidelinesHelp keep workflow organized and moving efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking someone who is:Reliable, self-motivated, and accountableComfortable working independently in a hybrid settingOrganized and detail-orientedPatient-focused with excellent customer service skillsAble to manage changing priorities and deadlines effectivelyA strong communicator both verbally and in writingComfortable navigating computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applicationsQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience using Microsoft Office Suite and database systemsStrong organizational, documentation, and communication skillsPreferredCertified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)Work EnvironmentThis position primarily operates in a quiet office environment with periodic supervision.
