Respiratory Therapist

Overview Full-Time Nights - Respiratory Therapist (RRT) at Parkridge East Hospital. 7pm-7am (Rotating weekends/holidays). Are you passionate about the patient experience? Responsibilities Deliver and assess responses to ordered therapy per plan of care including routine and intensive therapy and diagnostic procedures. Utilize various types of oxygen and other therapeutic gas equipment such as masks, tents and incubators. Administer prescribed doses of medicinal gases and aerosol drugs. Measure ventilatory volumes, pressures and blood gas analysis. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and general acceptance of treatment. Parkridge East Hospital is a 120+ bed facility in East Ridge. We provide a full range of medical and surgical services including orthopedics and robotic surgery, 24/7 Emergency Department, Accredited Chest Pain Center, obstetrical care, complex gynecological procedures, and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
