Night Warehouse Manager

What does a Night Warehouse Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? In this role you will be responsible for leading warehouse operations. The top priorities of this role are to ensure safety, coordinating warehouse activity, service and cost efficiencies of the operations. Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for the effective and efficient warehouse operations Ensure the warehouse department follows all Quality/Environmental/Safety requirements and all Federal/State laws and regulations pertaining to production Drives continuous improvements in key areas – responsible for continual improvement of their operation and for ensuring agility to meet the changing needs of the business Establish and monitor the efficiency and performance of key business indicators for warehouse department Coordinates regularly with departments to ensure that all fleet, building, and manufacturing equipment are in good operating condition and proposes future capital expenditures and packages Develop talent and ensure training of employees Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED) required 10+ years progressive experience in warehouse management required Inventory experience required General warehouse experience required Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory practices and procedures Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA requirements Familiarity with plant equipment and maintenance requirements Familiar with computer operation for inventory control Knowledge of SAP computer system KO KORE and ISO quality standards in a soft drink environment Knowledge of regulatory requirements for facilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
