Field Reimbursement Manager, Neuroscience -(Phoenix, AZ ) - Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Phoenix-area neuroscience territory. The role focuses on educating healthcare providers and staff about patient access, reimbursement processes, and claims procedures while building relationships and resolving coverage barriers for J&J therapies.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, coding requirements, and payer procedures
• Serve as primary access and reimbursement expert supporting local field teams and sales representatives
• Conduct on-site assessments of provider education needs and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
• Proactively identify and address patient access barriers using data and account management skills
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and office staff across assigned accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or account management
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefit structures
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Understanding of healthcare payer types including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
• Advanced degree (MBA or MPH) preferred
