Compensation:
$104,000 - $196,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Meet with qualified homebuyers and understand their goals
Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
Help buyers find homes and prepare offers and contracts
Guide clients from consultation through closing
Manage leads and follow-up using CRM and sales systems
Deliver an exceptional client experience
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications:
Who We’re Looking For
Active North Carolina Real Estate License required
Passionate about helping homebuyers
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Responsive with consistent lead follow-up
Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented
Professional and client-focused
Motivated to grow production and build a long-term real estate career
