Position Project Manager for PCI Atlanta 101 operations based in Fayetteville, GA. Responsibilities Estimate, bid, and secure construction projects of sufficient revenue and margin to meet the prescribed business plan. Maintain customer contact to facilitate securements and profitable execution of work. Direct and manage construction activities within the area of responsibility to maximize margin contribution. Interpret and analyze contract documents regarding terms, specifications, clarifications, and requirements. Manage job‑site personnel and maintain effective relationships with owners, engineers, utilities, subcontractors, contractors, unions, and others. Implement the corporate program regarding loss control and claims management for workers’ compensation. Analyze and monitor actual versus estimated costs, develop action plans for unfavorable variances, and ensure an effective job control system is utilized. Estimate the majority of work applicable to the region and collaborate with the estimating department as needed. Negotiate contract issues, variances, change orders, scope changes, claims, and other project issues as required. Salary Salary range: $98,700 – $132,000 annual salary plus a non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program. Basic Requirements Minimum of 7 years of construction management work experience. Experience in commercial, industrial, and mechanical construction. Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret specifications, drawings, and project scopes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong record of establishing and maintaining customer relationships. High level of attention to detail and cost analysis. Ability to accurately read schedules for sequencing and durations of applicable scopes of work. Proficiency with computer takeoff and estimating software such as On‑Screen Takeoff and Quickbid. Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep each on schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met. Effective communication with all levels of employees within the company. Must be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse group in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management. OSHA certification. Local to the Atlanta metro area.
