As part of the Technical Support team, you will deliver technical assistance to a diverse customer base while gaining hands‑on experience supporting retail end users and residential clients, helping them maximize the benefits of Lutron’s innovative lighting and shading solutions. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert guidance on product selection, compatibility, installation, and usage—delivering a seamless, end‑to‑end support experience. Deliver first‑level technical support via phone or email, troubleshooting issues across lighting control systems, smart devices, and network‑connected solutions. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, while escalating advanced issues when necessary. Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication, offering calm and reliable support to installers, contractors, and end users.
