What We're Looking For Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Essential Duties / Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks. Job Requirements No diploma required; basic math and reading/writing skills are needed. No prior experience required; training will be provided. Key Skills and Competencies Basic computer skills. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing. Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors. Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
