Overview

360Abode is seeking an experienced, leadership-minded agent to lead a mentorship team to earn through both a share of the team's production and the success of the agents they develop. This is a role for someone who wants to build something durable, not just close their next deal. In our team model, all business flows through the team; the team lead drives and shares in that production while earning override income on the developing agents they mentor. You gain the leverage of a team and real upside as the platform scales across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mentorship team develop two to four newer agents through live transactions
• Drive and share in your team's production all deals flow through the team while earning override income on the agents you develop
• Coach, review deals, and rotate developing agents through transaction roles to build complete agents
• Model the collaborative, market-forward culture that differentiates 360Abode
• Follow and enforce current practice requirements, including written buyer-representation agreements
• Build toward running a division or multiple teams as 360Abode grows across markets

Requirements

• Active Ohio real estate salesperson or broker license, with no history of violations or disciplinary actions by any State Licensing Board or Professional Trade Organization
• A strong track record of production and closed transactions
• Genuine leadership instinct you find satisfaction in developing others, not only closing your own deals
• Collaborative philosophy you succeed by making your team succeed, and you bring all business into the team
• Interest in building something durable, with meaningful upside as the platform grows
• Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficient with technology; comfortable with Microsoft 365 and modern brokerage tools

Negotiable, based on experience - contract/fee split basis
