The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, with travel experience preferred. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are mandatory. The role involves caring for patients with various diagnoses and managing patient ratios of 1:5. The candidate must be proficient in utilizing the Epic charting system. Key skills include IV management, telemetry, and the ability to perform essential nursing procedures. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and provide quality patient care. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team are essential.
