Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist Opportunity

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with an established home health provider in San Luis Obispo, CA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license is preferred. Candidates without a current California license will be considered; organization is willing to wait for candidates who require licensure.
• Home health experience preferred. New graduates and clinicians transitioning from other settings will be considered.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the San Luis Obispo service area.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Comfort with autonomy in scheduling and managing a caseload in rural and coastal communities

Position Details:

• Home Health Physical Therapy need in San Luis Obispo
• Paid per visit model + hourly with clinician autonomy. Four-day workweek may be available for full-time clinicians.
