Population: 80k between both counties

MD Or Corporate Owned: MD

Reason for Job Opening: Growing practice, needs additional OD capacity

Experience Requirement: New grads welcome

Target Compensation: Guaranteedbase plus multiple bonus plans

. Standard Monday–Friday schedule, with no regular weekend hours.

. Minimal call coverage, shared among providers.

. Flexible schedule options available. Full-time (4–5 days/week) preferred, but part-time will be considered.

Optical Bonus Opportunity:3% of gross collections on personally attributable gross optical sales.

Production Bonus Opportunity:20% of your personal collections (excluding optical) on all collections exceeding $390,000 annually (3x your base salary).
