In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to provide support, answer questions, and help guide individuals through health and life insurance coverage options.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients by answering questions and providing excellent customer support
• Educate individuals and families on available health and life insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support the enrollment and onboarding process for new clients
• Develop communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Work closely with a supportive and team-oriented office environment

Job Details

Position Title: Client Support & Inside Sales Representative
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: Performance-based compensation structure with bonus opportunities
Typical first-year earnings range from $65,000–$120,000 based on performance and production
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required
Location: Mandeville, LA – In-office position
