This role is flexible/hybrid. This role can be located in Boston, MA, Warwick, RI area or fully remote. May need to come into the office periodically for company and team meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years Client Services experience preferred (minimum 5 years) inclusive of leadership experience in a marketing agency setting
  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  
• Partners with SMEs to identify client strategy and leads cross-team coordination of internal and external stakeholders from engagement initiation to completion.
  
• Maintains a deep understanding of each clients' industry/segment, consumer profiles, and competitive landscape
  
• Cultivates relationships with clients and develops strategic recommendations that solve their business objectives and encourage account growth and acts as the primary contact for client requests, escalations, and conflicts
  
• Supports the performance appraisal process for account team(s)
  
• Demonstrated managing client profitability, growing client relationships and developing client proposals and SOWs
  
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and providing developmental feedback
  
• Leads client account review and track client revenue goals and projections
  
• Leads cross-functional account team efforts to ensure engagement success and completion (as noted above)
  
• Demonstrated experience developing program/campaign goals and benchmarking and mastery of program/campaign and project financial management and analysis
  
• Delivers quality developmental feedback to Account Managers and Account Coordinator
