Whether you are a nurse, caregiver, culinary professional, maintenance worker or looking for a new career, we offer a wide range of career opportunities to fit your skills and interest.Compensation from $42.00-$45.00/Hour - plus additional shift AND weekend differentials!-ADDITIONAL CLINICAL EXPERIENCE PREMIUMS-Full Time Day | Rotating Weekends and HolidaysPart Time Evening | Rotating Weekends and HolidaysFull Time Night | Rotating Weekends and HolidaysPRN | Occasional Weekends and HolidaysQualifications:Active Delaware Registered Nurse licensure requiredHigh School Diploma/GED requiredActive CPR requiredOne-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferredAbility to assess and effectively communicate with residentsResponsibilities and Expectations:Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.Perform resident assessments.Participate in daily resident rounding.Provide supervision to nursing team.May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
