Maintain high standards of presentation, including food sequencing, table settings, and surroundings. Describe menu selections and wine pairings, answer questions, and seek additional information from the Executive Chef. Input data into the POS system accurately. Provide additional assistance to customers as needed (e.g., escort members to apartments/villas, deliver food when members feel unwell). Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms and serving areas. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dining service experience. Highly customer‑service oriented, compassionate, patient, and adaptable. Excellent organization skills to handle multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities. Team‑oriented with strong collaborative and communication abilities at all levels. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, follow‑through, and timing. Ability to learn and use a computerized ordering and billing system. Previous restaurant or lounge experience is a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to learn and apply knowledge of food and beverage presentation, table set‑up, and dining facility maintenance. Physical Requirements Lift up to 15 lbs. (trays, coffee pots, dish pans, etc.). Stoop, stand, and walk continuously. Move arms and hands in various directions for cleaning tasks. Lift and move tables, chairs, boxes, and other containers.
